Return Policy

  • At Maison De Perfume, we value your satisfaction with our perfume testers. If you wish to return your purchase, we offer a convenient return policy within seven days of receiving your order, in compliance with UK consumer standards. Please review the following guidelines:

  • 7-Day Return Window: You have the right to return any unopened and unused perfume testers within seven days of delivery, please note the refund will be for the perfume minus delivery cost, minus 15% Restocking Fee. Please note that we cannot accept returns for opened or used products for hygiene reasons.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, kindly contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost.

  • Incorrect Items: In the rare event of receiving the wrong perfume testers, please notify us within seven days of delivery. We will facilitate the return process and send you the correct items quickly.
  • Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at admin@maisondeperfumerie.com with your order details and the reason for the return. You can also use the portal : https://maison-de-perfumerie.shipping-portal.com/rp/
  • Return Shipping: The shipping costs for returning the items are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

  • Hygiene and Safety: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used perfume testers unless they are damaged or defective.

  • Gift Returns: If you received a Maison De Perfume product as a gift and wish to return or exchange it, please get in touch with our customer support team for assistance.
